Draft: automatically run july 2023 campaign (MR !11)

• docu:
  • *_aeris_ds variables, functions, files refer to processing data from aeris as direct source, i.e., not "aeris -> data-logger -> data" but "aeris -> data"
  • this is needed specifically for mc 202209 (& 202307)
    • because of connection problems between aeris and data logger, the data are used from aeris output files
