improve visualisation and statistics for first manuscript (MR !13)

• issue:
  • test water and temperature interference during chamber closure time (co-author comment)
  • combine codes for figures and tables used in manuscript 1, including the ones from co-authors (Abdullah Bolek)
  • clean these codes and comment
• solution:
  • tested H2O and temp during chamber closure time here: (preprocessing/functions/visualise_T_h2o_impacts_during_closure_times.R) and added results in supplement information of manuscript 1
  • all codes for visualisation are now combined and commented in script preprocessing/functions/visualisation_first_manuscript.R
• testing:
  • all works for all measurement campaigns in 2023
