run laboratory data

  • issue: laboratory data (used for analysis of signal stability, drift, ...) of the Aeris MIRA Ultra N2O/CO2 analyser contains "flat lines" due to instrument failure
  • flat lines = measurement samples that are almost identical, resulting in "flat lines" when looking at the concentrations
  • solution: we implemented a filter script for all data gathered in the field. so now we
    • add a new measCamp: 202303 = month when we did the lab tests
    • run 202303 the same was as measCamp 202306 = N2O data from Aeris storage rather than datalogger
    • in that way, we can eliminate the flat lines as all data is run through our filter script
    • note: the auxiliary data is NOT correct. We need example data in the datalogger file to run the code.
